    Job Description

    BryceTech is seeking as a Portfolio Management Analyst that is analytical and detail oriented to support a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract to a federal scientific, test, research, development and evaluation (RDT&E) organization.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Foster relationships with executives and cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive engagement
    • Be a trusted advisor to the client; facilitate conversations to increase visibility, accountability, and collaboration across projects
    • Provide advice, guidance, consultation, and coordination to leads on portfolio management processes, including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Integrated Product Teams, Science and Technology (S&T) Research and Development (R&D) Business Process Flows, and collaborations
    • Facilitate and prepare products for internal and external audiences, including data calls, briefs, highlights, procedures, document templates, plans, and strategies. Includes facilitating reviews and approvals.
    • Lead meeting planning and facilitation, including meetings with senior executives and external VIPs. Includes coordinating schedules, maintaining agendas, taking notes, and tracking actions.
    • Coordinate and maintain calendars, internal MS Teams site, SharePoint site, and other business tools.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree and at six years of experience
    • Strong ability to facilitate discussions, drive alignment, and communicate complex data in a clear, engaging way.
    • Proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for building relationships and fostering engagement.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Teams, SharePoint, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
    • Familiarity with science and technology (S&T) portfolio management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent technical writing skills

    Desired:

    • Experience with project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and best practices in governance and execution
    • Proficiency with Adobe Pro and workflow systems such as ServiceNow
