    $1,500.00 Sign-On Bonus! CAMCO Property Management is actively looking for a Portfolio Manager to become a part of our dedicated team. This role is full-time and has a salary range of $65,000-$70,000 based on experience. As the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the properties under CAMCO and their respective associations to achieve shared goals. It is essential to have excellent property management, job management, time management, and customer service skills. Please be aware that this role may involve working evenings and responding to urgent situations. Communicate in a professional and composed demeanor under all circumstances. Respond to phone calls and correspondence in a timely, professional manner. • Organize time effectively and successfully balance the competing demands of multiple projects. • Demonstrate exceptional ability to analyze and deal with a variety of situations that otherwise could be potential problems. • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and each client’s community’s documents, policies, and procedures. • Review Association financial reports. Assist in developing an Annual Budget per CAMCO deadlines per Association. • Ensure property improvement and other construction-related projects are completed on time and within budget by effectively overseeing all construction projects. • Supervise Association employees including front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff (if applicable). • Maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. • Ability to run a Board meeting. Create a management report in advance of the meeting. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in community management within the condominium sector. • Proficiency in dealing with HOA and condominium operations is required for this role. • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are essential for successfully managing multiple associations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must-have to ensure effective interaction with stakeholders. • Candidates must possess US work authorization to be considered for this position in Northeast Philadelphia. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
