Responsibilities: • Listen attentively to inquiries and feedback, maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and email correspondence. • Efficiently manage time to balance multiple projects effectively. • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills in analyzing various situations. • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes and community documents for each client. • Review financial reports and contribute to developing an Annual Budget according to company deadlines. • Ensure timely and within-budget completion of property improvement and construction projects by overseeing them efficiently. • Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff if applicable. • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors. • Conduct Board meetings and prepare a management report ahead of each meeting. Qualifications: • The Portfolio Manager position in Columbia, MD requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in community management within the HOA and condominium sector. • Proficiency in handling HOA and condominium operations is a mandatory qualification for this role. • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are crucial for successfully overseeing multiple associations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to facilitate productive interactions with stakeholders. • Candidates with credentials through CAI a plus. • The Portfolio Manager role must be willing to manage communities in PG, HC, MC, AA, and Frederick. Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
