Portfolio Administrator using Advent Portfolio Exchange APX

My client, a leading NEW YORK based wealth management firm WITH GREAT BENEFITS seeks a candidate with 3+ years experience in the investment management, financial services to join their operations and portfolio administration team.
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED ANY APPLICANT MUST HAVE CURRENT OR REAL RECENT EXP. USING THE ADVENT PORTFOLIO SYSTEM SUITE OF PRODUCTS, SPECIFICALLY ADVENT PORTFOLIO EXCHANGE (APE) AND ADVENT REVENUE CENTER
The ideal candidate will be expected to have the following:
· Aptitude with excel, word and Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, including proficiency with advanced formulas in Excel
· Knowledge of Advent Portfolio Exchange APX although they will consider someone with Axys and Moxy
o Backend office functionality experience is a major plus.
o Experience with Advent Revenue Center also a plus.
· Experience with account opening procedures
· Knowledge of account transfer systems and cash flow management
· Experience administering different types of accounts including trusts, IRAs, etc.
· Excellent internal and external client service skills
· Knowledge of industry best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work effectively, efficiently and multi-task in a time sensitive, team environment
· B.A. / B.S. preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
· Must be a US Citizen
