Portfolio Planning Resource Manager - Data Center Construction
Job Description
Turner and Townsend are seeking a Data Center Construction Portfolio Planning Resource Manager to lead the development and execution of portfolio-level resource management strategy to enable multi-year retrofit and upgrade plans for a growing portfolio of data center facilities. This role will leverage portfolio objectives, short and long-term plans, and operational targets to design and deploy an enterprise portfolio-level resource management strategy in support of long term retrofit planning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of resource forecasting and management methodologies and tools, capacity throughput analysis, and portfolio planning, along with the ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring resource planning is seamlessly integrated with the portfolio’s long-term planning governance and processes. This role is responsible for optimizing resource forecasting and allocation across the project portfolio, ensuring the right planning can be achieved for projects to be adequately staffed with the right skills and expertise. The Resource Manager will work closely with the portfolio planner, governance forums, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute a methodology forecast resource needs, identify and resolve resource conflicts, and implement resource management best practices to ensure retrofit and capital efforts meet capacity, risk, and business goals.

Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is ** $170K-$175 **per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications. ****
