What You’ll Do

Operate Poseidon CNC machines to cut, grind, polish, and shape granite

Set up machinery based on blueprints and production specs

Load raw materials and monitor machine performance

Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting

Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety and production protocols

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years operating CNC or Poseidon machinery

Familiarity with G-code, M-code, or other CNC programming basics

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods

Comfortable working independently and on a schedule

Preferred Qualifications

Vocational training or CNC machining certification

Experience working with granite, stone, or solid surfaces

Experience using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)

Knowledge of machine calibration, basic repairs, or tool adjustments
