This one-year postdoctoral residency position provides a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive clinical experience in a supportive and interdisciplinary environment.

This position is part of a comprehensive behavioral health system that includes inpatient units, outpatient facilities, and various community-focused programs.

Salary and Benefits

• Stipend: $47,000 (without benefits) or $38,500 (with full benefits) 
• Supervision by a licensed psychologist is included
• Full benefits package includes:

• Retirement package: 8.5% employer contribution
• PTO: 26 days in the first year, increasing to 44 days annually

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient services in crisis stabilization hospitals
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure high-quality care
• Conduct psychological evaluations for a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and the elderly
• Supervise practicum students and contribute to their professional development
• Engage in regular training opportunities to expand clinical skills and knowledge
• Work under the supervision of a licensed psychologist and report to clinical leadership

Requirements

• Completion of a Doctoral Degree in Psychology
• Completion of an internship prior to the fellowship
• Strong interest in inpatient behavioral health care and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Commitment to completing the residency requirements for licensure in Florida
