    Overview

    Join our expanding Real Estate Media team where creativity and collaboration is our priority! In the Post Production Supervisor role, you’ll lead a talented team of editors, photographers, and videographers in producing stunning visuals for real estate listings.

    From guiding new hires to managing custom projects, your leadership will directly impact our clients’ success while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment for the production team.

    Team Leadership and Training

    Employee Management

    Oversee day-to-day performance of on-location and post-production staff to ensure timely, high-quality work.

    Conduct regular check-ins to review project updates, performance feedback, and address any concerns.

    Maintain open communication with team members and ensure they relay critical details from projects.

    Training/Mentorship

    Develop and update training resources for new team members. Assist with their onboarding and training.

    Provide ongoing mentorship to assistant editors and road personnel, guiding them on best practices and consistency.

    Conduct quality assurance reviews with staff to identify strengths, address areas for improvement, and foster accountability.

    Customer Service

    Project Management

    Address customer service calls, texts or emails related to post-production or on-location staff issues.

    Collaborate with leadership to determine resolutions, authorize discounts or reshoots when necessary.

    Provide recommendations to clients on the best services for their listings (e.g., drone, 3D tours, virtual staging).

    Educate new and existing customers on standard operating procedures and value-added features.

    Communication and Client Satisfaction

    Facilitate free reshoots or revised edits, coordinating with both the customer and assigned technician.

    Collaborate with operations, sales and leadership to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Handle custom requests and special requirements, ensuring clear communication between the client and production team.

    Creative Management

    Post-Production Oversight

    Manage photo, floor plan, drone, video, and virtual staging workflows—delegating tasks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

    Coordinate with in-house and external editors, maintaining alignment with company standards.

    Directly handle client requests when workflow or deadlines demand.

    Process Development

    Continuously evaluate production strategies, introducing new technologies or methods that elevate quality and productivity.

    Gather feedback from team members and clients to refine processes, maintain high standards, and drive sustainable growth.

    Identify bottlenecks in production processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency.

    Production Assistance

    Serve as a point of contact for urgent issues, adjusting schedules as needed.

    Communicate with customers about any delays or rescheduled projects when production staff are unavailable.

    Assisting in on-location training and development for newer employees.

    General Requirements

    5+ years of practical on-location experience in a high-paced production, real estate or managerial role.

    5+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) in a professional environment.

    A working knowledge of G-Suite Applications, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Zoom, Slack & scheduling software.

    Familiarity with Dropbox and cloud storage systems. Knowledge of NAS systems is a plus.

    Working knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, Final Cut Pro or Davinci is a plus but not required.

    Familiarity with Matterport and Floor Plan software technology is preferred.

    Additional Requirements

    Travel. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and GPS for on-site visits.

    Physical Demands. This position requires the ability to move about real estate properties, which may include climbing stairs or rugged terrain, standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
