    Position: Powder Coater Location: IRISS HQ - Bradenton, FL Reports To: Director of Operations

    Job Overview: We are seeking qualified Powder Coater in aluminum and stainless steel. This role is responsible for preparing, coating, and inspecting metal and other surfaces in our powder coating process. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for quality, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and experience in a manufacturing or coating environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Clean and prepare parts for coating, including sanding, masking, and washing to ensure a high-quality finish.

    Operate and adjust powder coating equipment to apply even coats, ensuring product specifications are met.

    Inspect finished pieces for coating defects, including thickness, texture, and color consistency, and make adjustments as needed.

    Perform regular maintenance on coating equipment and maintain a clean and safe work area.

    Safely move and load parts into coating areas and ovens; handle products and equipment according to safety guidelines.

    Complete necessary production records and documentation accurately and on time.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    1-2 years in powder coating, painting, or a related field

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

    Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team setting.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

    Strong commitment to safety practices and protocols.

    Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent.
