POSITION OVERVIEW
As Inside Sales Rep, you are responsible for customer account management and developing long-term relationships with customers. You are responsible for satisfying customers' needs and requests, responding to their queries in a timely manner and delivering a positive and excellent customer experience. This role requires you to be customer service oriented with a strong commitment to customer service, have the ability to manage complex and vast information with exceptional attention to detail and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
EXPERIENCE
Required: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales and a
proven track record of delivering an excellent customer experience.
Preferred: 2 to 3 years' experience working for an electrical distributor. Full working
knowledge of order and quotation processing within a business ERP system.
LOCATION
We are flexible! This position may work from home majority of the time, but must have the ability to travel to meet with customers as needed. Success in this role will require a designated work space at home with reliable internet and limited distractions.
