As a Power Washing Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
Drive & Transport: Safely operate a 16-foot box truck to and from job sites.
Power Washing & Equipment Maintenance: Perform power washing on commercial and residential properties; troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hoses, nozzles, pumps, etc.).
Site Safety & Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential hazards (e.g., chemical exposure, plant damage, furniture protection) to prevent property damage or injuries.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a junior technician, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, address their concerns, and deliver outstanding service.
Quality Control: Maintain a keen eye for detail; ensure thorough cleaning, proper rinsing of chemicals, and post-job cleanup.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ year(s) in a hands-on, labor-intensive role (construction, landscaping, janitorial, or similar). Power washing experience is a plus but not required.
Leadership Skills: 1+ year(s) experience in a role supervising or training others.
Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean driving record; experience driving larger vehicles (e.g., box trucks) is highly desirable.
Dependability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot potential issues before they become problems (e.g., chemical overspray, unprotected surfaces).
Customer Service Acumen: Comfortable interacting with clients; professional, polite, and solution-oriented.
Physical Requirements: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or hoses, and stand for extended periods.
