Rolling Suds is seeking an experienced leader who combines hands-on technical skills with team leadership abilities. We provide comprehensive power washing training at our franchise headquarters for the right candidate with relevant experience.
Required Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in one or more of:
Power washing/exterior cleaning services
Construction or trades supervision
Facility maintenance management
Similar hands-on technical team leadership
Demonstrated experience in:
Leading and training technical teams
Equipment operation and maintenance
Safety protocol implementation
Quality control and service delivery
Customer service in trades environment

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay: $22-25/hour with guaranteed 40-hour work weeks
Overtime pay: $33-37.50/hour (1.5x base) for hours over 40
Premium pay:
Weekends: Additional $2/hour
Nights (after 7pm) & Federal Holidays: Additional $3/hour

Primary Role: Expert Power Washing (70% of Time):
Perform high-quality power washing services
Handle the most challenging jobs safely
Demonstrate proper techniques to team members
Ensure equipment maintenance and care
Follow and enforce safety procedures
Maintain highest quality standards
Document work and create job reports
Team Leadership (20% of Time):
Train and mentor team members
Coordinate daily job assignments
Ensure job completion meets quality standards
Monitor safety compliance
Provide hands-on training in the field
Support new team member development
Business Growth (10% of Time):
Identify new business opportunities
Generate qualified leads (up to $20 per qualified lead)
Support team's development
Build customer relationships
Team lead bonus: up to $50 per converted team lead

Initial Phase (First 6 months):
Master our service standards
Lead by example through hands-on work
Train initial team members
Base pay plus performance bonuses
Growth Phase (12-18 months):
Lead and train second crew
Pay increase to $24-27/hour
Continue hands-on work

Multi-Crew Lead (18-30 months):
Guide 3+ crews
Pay increase to $26-30/hour
Train new lead technicians

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean record
Physical capability for daily hands-on work
Ability to lift 50lbs and work on ladders/roofs
