    We are seeking a well-rounded digital marketing professional for our SEM & SEO Specialist position. The candidate needs to be able to manage multiple different campaigns hands-on, both Google Ads and targeted display, and be ready to hit the ground running. Must have a strong desire to understand client needs and develop optimization strategies that increase their search engine result rankings and drive leads.

    The ideal candidate will have prior search engine optimization experience and be the primary champion, advocate, and manager for all SEO efforts. The SEM & SEO Specialist will have exceptional skills in communication, empowering others, building strong relationships, and ultimately, has a growth mindset for the department and their team members.

    As far as SEO qualifications, a successful candidate will work to possess a deep understanding of each client's business and SEO objectives and will look for ways to consistently develop and strengthen relationships within the client organization. We are seeking someone with an innate ability to problem solve and inspire key stakeholders with big picture opportunities.

    As far as Paid Search qualifications, a successful candidate will plan, manage and optimize B2B campaigns across paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) from awareness, to acquisition, to revenue.

    This part-time position is for an experienced SEM & SEO Specialist to join a rapidly growing team of professionals headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. This position is part-time with very strong potential for full-time growth.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
    • Oversee and work directly with Directors, Project Managers and Copywriters to ensure the level of services provided to our clients, as well as the growth and progression of team members
    • Contribute to discussions related to various lines of digital marketing/SEO channels both internally and externally
    • Build effective processes that create back-end efficiencies for the client and the SEO Department
    • Work directly with multiple clients to create, optimize, and deliver SEO campaigns
    • Conduct competitive research to shape SEO strategy and make effective decisions
    • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
    • Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI
    • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
    • Use SEO Analytics tools, such as Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to track keywords, performance, and conduct ongoing site and page audits
    • Implement SEO best practices, fix technical SEO issues, and provide reports for clients
    • Monitor traffic, volatility, rankings, and benchmarking against client competitors
    • Identify opportunities and develop plans to expand existing client account opportunities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to manage SEO and Paid Search strategy
    • Manage and create engaging marketing campaigns that include, but are not limited to direct response driven ads, pay-per-click advertising, programmatic, account based marketing initiatives, landing page optimization (Instapage, ClickFunnels), and video marketing.
    • Proactive campaign management and optimization for all existing campaigns, with a data driven approach for creating profitable results as it pertains to our user, demo and revenue goals.
    • Reporting and analytics, combining results realized from platforms, combined with trackable results.
    • Take on special projects as necessary

    Qualifications

    Our ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in the Search Engine Optimization and Paid Search field

    • Minimum 6-12 months experience running Facebook Campaigns

    • In-depth understanding of key SEO and digital marketing metrics and how they impact businesses

    • 2+ years of experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Moz

    • 2+ years of paid search experience, with demonstrable results showcasing an ability to optimize for scale, ROI/ROAS, and other metrics-driven KPIs

    • Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, and other paid search advertising platforms

    • An understanding of end-to-end campaign management

    • Comfortable partnering with internal and external team members

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (email, video calls, etc.)

    • Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task

    • Experience working in a remote environment

    • WordPress, Shopify & Squarespace experience (including landing page build-out)

    • Experience with SEM tools (Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel)

    • Google Ads Certified

    • Adherence to strict deadlines

    • Extreme attention to detail

    • Ability to effectively work on your own, with a team, and with customers

    Other preferred, but not required, qualifications include:

    • Google Analytics Certification
    • Google Ads Grants experience
