    Responsibilities

    · Create/Support a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children

    · Implement/assist age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you

    · Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space

    · Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community

    · Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

    · Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

    Qualifications

    · A CDA or an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or minimum of 1-3 years of classroom/teaching experience

    · Safe sleep certification required or willingness to obtain one.

    · CPR & First certification required or willingness to obtain one.

    · Active Central Background Registry (CBR) enrollment requirement

    · Strong classroom management and communication skills

    · Passion for nurturing and educating young children
