Job Description:

As a Pre-Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our center, you will:

Participate in individual and group therapy sessions under the guidance of licensed professionals, addressing a range of mental health issues.

Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical theories and knowledge under supervision.

Collaborate with a team of seasoned mental health professionals to provide holistic care to clients.

Maintain detailed and confidential client records in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed about current best practices and advancements in the field.

Receive direct, weekly supervision that supports your path to licensure and enhances your counseling skills.

Qualifications:

Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program in counseling or a related field, leading toward LPCC licensure.

Registered as a pre-licensed LPCC in Colorado.

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
