    Michigan Auto Law, Michigan’s premier plaintiff’s personal injury auto law firm, is looking for a dedicated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join the firm’s top-producing team. The right person should be passionate about achieving justice for their clients after being seriously injured in an auto accident. While familiarity with Michigan's no-fault auto law is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn, reliable, and takes pride in their work. Compensation commensurate with experience Responsibilities: • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process, ensuring they are informed and supported at every stage. • Case Management: Oversee and manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including document review, drafting demand letters, and ensuring timely processing of all paperwork. • Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations of the cases, including collecting and reviewing medical records, accident reports, and other necessary documentation to build a strong case. • Settlement Negotiations: Negotiate with insurance companies and other third parties to secure fair and just compensation for our clients, while keeping their best interests at the forefront. • Collaboration: Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure smooth case flow and comprehensive case preparation within established processes and procedures. • Client Advocacy: Provide compassionate, detailed, and knowledgeable advocacy for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected. Qualifications: • 2-5 years of legal experience.
