You will work closely with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney, receiving supervision and training. Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Responsibilities: • Manage client cases in Tampa, FL from inception to completion, which includes handling vehicle property damage claims, supporting client treatment, and gathering necessary documentation. • Prepare demands, craft settlement statements, and negotiate reductions when necessary. • Assist in the resolution of claims, readiness for mediation and trial, and efficient management of administrative tasks. • Uphold professionalism and ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all job aspects. • Consistently follow established procedures, exhibit patience, and take responsibility for assigned duties. • Collaborate with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney to work towards team objectives and meet related obligations. • Abide by an 8:30 am to 5:30 pm work schedule while under supervision and training.
