Responsibilities: • Oversee client cases, manage vehicle damage claims, assist with client treatments, and collect required documentation. • Create settlement demands, draft settlement statements, and negotiate reductions. • Aid in resolving claims, preparing for legal proceedings, and handling various administrative duties. • Uphold professionalism and ensure excellence in all aspects of work. This role necessitates consistent adherence to established procedures, patience, and accountability. You will contribute to the team's success by achieving relevant outcomes as necessary. You will work closely with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney, receiving supervision and training. Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Responsibilities: • Manage client cases in Tampa, FL from inception to completion, which includes handling vehicle property damage claims, supporting client treatment, and gathering necessary documentation. • Prepare demands, craft settlement statements, and negotiate reductions when necessary. • Assist in the resolution of claims, readiness for mediation and trial, and efficient management of administrative tasks. • Uphold professionalism and ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all job aspects. • Consistently follow established procedures, exhibit patience, and take responsibility for assigned duties. • Collaborate with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney to work towards team objectives and meet related obligations. • Abide by an 8:30 am to 5:30 pm work schedule while under supervision and training. Qualifications: • The successful candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong ability to work autonomously and handle pressure effectively is a necessary requirement. • Exceptional organizational skills are essential for this position. Compensation: $28.13 per hour
