Responsibilities: • Oversee client cases, managing vehicle damage claims, assisting with client treatments, and collecting required documentation. • Create settlement demands, draft settlement statements, and negotiate reductions. • Aid in resolving claims, preparing for legal proceedings, and handling various administrative duties. • Uphold professionalism and ensure excellence in all aspects of work. This role necessitates consistent adherence to established procedures, along with patience and accountability. You will contribute to the team's success by achieving relevant outcomes as necessary. You will work closely with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney, receiving supervision and training. Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Responsibilities: • Manage all client cases from start to finish, including handling vehicle property damage, assisting with client treatment, and collecting necessary documentation. • Create demands, draft settlement statements, and negotiate reductions as needed. • Assist in resolving claims, preparing for mediation and trial, and managing various administrative duties effectively. • Uphold professionalism and ensure high-quality standards in all aspects of the role. • Follow established procedures consistently, demonstrate patience, and take accountability for tasks performed. • Collaborate with the Legal Operations Manager and Managing Attorney, working towards achieving team goals and fulfilling related responsibilities. • Adhere to a work schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm under supervision and training. Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position. • The ability to work both independently and under pressure is essential. • Strong organizational skills are a must-have for this role. Compensation: $28.13 per hour
