About the Role

In the Prelitigation Department, you’ll play a critical role in delivering value-driven results for our clients. You’ll manage 65-75 cases at any given time and work with any one of our high performing attorneys.

What You’ll Do:

Medically manage cases by ensuring clients receive the care they need.

Oversee liability, uninsured, and underinsured motorist claims.

Handle property damage claims and prepare demand packages.

Maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients throughout their journey.

Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to ensure optimal case outcomes.

Pre-Litigation Department Highlights:
