We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Pre-Owned Cell Phone Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, evaluating, testing, grading, and sanitizing pre-owned cell phones to ensure they meet our quality standards before they are sold.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough inspections of pre-owned cell phones, assessing their physical and functional condition.
2. Use specialized computer software and manual checks to evaluate device performance, including battery health, screen quality, and overall functionality.
3. Assign grades to devices based on established criteria, documenting findings accurately.
4. Sanitize devices using approved cleaning methods to ensure they are safe for resale.
5. Collaborate with the inventory team to maintain accurate records of inspected devices.
6. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving inspection processes and quality control measures.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cell phone evaluation and refurbishment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in electronics or related field is a plus.
2. Experience in inspecting or repairing electronic devices, preferably smartphones.
3. Familiarity with cell phone operating systems and software.
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
