Responsibilities: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Handle phone calls to qualify potential customers for a vehicle service contract • Building value and assisting the customer in any way to make sure we can get the call over to the licensed sales representatives • Making a friend and creating urgency on every call • Maintain a positive attitude and a customer-first approach • Maintain current knowledge of services being offered • Excellent communication skills Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Compensation: $15 hourly + bonus
