Duties and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Accountability: Achieve individual and team revenue targets by partnering with sales leadership.
- Deal Ownership: Shape and close deals by presenting tailored solutions and providing technical insights.
- Architect Solutions: Design and deliver end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain and AI capabilities.
- Strategic Alignment: Develop business cases and ROI models to demonstrate the value of Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM.
- Lead Pre-Sales Activities: Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to engage client stakeholders.
- Build Relationships: Establish trusted advisor status with executive stakeholders and guide them through the sales process.
- Customer Insight: Understand client business challenges and translate needs into actionable outcomes.
- Deliver Outcomes: Define goals and execution plans to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of trends and align solutions with market demands.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams for successful implementations.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and peers, fostering continuous learning and pre-sales excellence.
- Collaborative Innovation: Share insights with product teams to influence solution development and meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: Over 10 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a proven track record of contributing to revenue growth.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engagement, Finance & Supply Chain, and AI solutions, along with industry best practices and implementation methodologies.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to present complex technical solutions to C-level audiences, build high-value client relationships, and mentor technical teams.
- Preferred Skills & Certifications: Dynamics 365 Certifications, Microsoft Catalyst Certification, PMP, APICS, or Prosci Certification.
- Travel Requirement: Up to 30% travel within North America for client engagements, conferences, and team collaboration.

30 Days:
- Read The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni.
- Shadow sales and pre-sales teams to learn our process, Microsoft partnership model, and customer engagement strategy.
- Begin supporting pre-sales efforts, including discovery sessions and solution alignment.
60 Days:
- Actively drive pre-sales engagements, contributing to pipeline growth and customer conversations.
- Establish relationships with our internal team and Microsoft TSPs and align with co-sell motions.
90 Days:
- Fully own the pre-sales process and drive technical sales strategy for our customers.
- Achieve 100% quota attainment pace, directly influencing revenue.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor with customers and Microsoft stakeholders.
6 Months:
- Consistently influencing revenue and hitting pre-sales KPIs.
1 Year:
- Exceed quota expectations, own strategic pre-sales initiatives, and establish a strong presence in the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
Compensation:
Salary + Commission with OTE $250,000 - $300,000
