    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate pre-licensed mental health therapist (e.g., LPC-IT, APSW, MFT-IT) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist seeking supervision, experience in an outpatient setting, and professional development in a supportive, team-based environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients in an outpatient setting

    Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in a timely, professional manner

    Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members to support client care and your growth as a clinician

    Attend regular supervision and team meetings

    Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

    Participate in ongoing professional development

    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field

    Must hold active LPC-IT or APSW. SAC-IT also encouraged to apply

    Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to support others

    Open-minded, self-aware, and committed to cultural humility and inclusivity

    Comfortable working with diverse populations and presenting concerns

    Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
