We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The incumbent will provide administrative management services to the MH-60R Helicopters Program (PMA-299 Foreign Military Sales) as Operations Deputy. Provides processes support in the development of foreign sales strategies. Provide program management services for key projects associated with travel and foreign aircraft sales to ensure costs and scheduled targets are met. Maintain shared calendars and reserve conference rooms. Process country area clearances in Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance Systems (APACS) and request travel vouchers in SharePoint. Update inputs to the Seahawk Weekly and proofread correspondence for routing and signature. Workspace emergency point of contact for disaster containment to include evacuations due to inclement weather or active shooting events. Maintain end of work day walk through workspace room safety check and check off list. Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Deputy Ops desk.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: BA/BS degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3 to 10 years of experience.
