We are looking to hire 4 to 6 extremely motivated and organized, customer-service-driven individuals who want to learn taxes from the ground up. For selected candidates, employment start date is targeted for Mid-April 2022. We have a progression plan that outlines the steps required to promote.

STARTING PAY IS $18 PER HOUR. AFTER EA LICENSING, $1,500 GROSS BONUS* & RAISE TO $20 PER HOUR.

To help achieve the excellence we expect from our Enrolled Agents (EA), we make a major commitment to providing advice and guidance. During the initial phase of training, you must pass the EA examinations required by the Internal revenue Service (IRS) to represent our taxpayers within 3 months of hire*. To prepare for the examinations it will be necessary to study from our provided preparation system. PT will pay the fees for the study materials and the examination fees.

WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS? This is the perfect job for an accountant, paralegal, banking associate with at least 1 full year of customer service experience.

· AA OR HIGHER DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS, OR FINANCE, REQUIRED. · AT LEAST 2-YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING, TAX, FINANCIAL, LEGAL OR MORTGAGE INDUSTRY, MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR DEGREE · AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, REQUIRED. · TECH-SAVVY WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL & OUTLOOK), REQUIRED · ACCURATE TYPING AT 40+ WPM, REQUIRED · LICENSED ENROLLED AGENT, PREFERRED, STARTING AT $20/HOUR
