Job Description

We are seeking a sales person to join our architectural division team! We are a leader in manufacturing decorative architectural panels and related products for residential and commercial applications. Our clients are home builders, hotel and hospitality, amusement parks and restaurants. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing pricing, product and service information and resolving technical issues as well as showroom tours, booking sales and tracking and updating clients on their orders. Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries * Provide information about the products and services * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​ Qualifications: * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills This is an immediate hire position so be prepared to start work immediately.
