Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage preconstruction activities for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive estimates, bids, and proposals for projects valued at $150M+.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to select and negotiate with subcontractors, fostering strong trade relationships.

Qualifications & Skills
