    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage preconstruction activities for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
    • Develop and oversee comprehensive estimates, bids, and proposals for projects valued at $150M+.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to select and negotiate with subcontractors, fostering strong trade relationships.
    • Build and lead high-performing preconstruction teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
    • Drive strategic decision-making throughout the preconstruction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.
    • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of preconstruction experience, with a proven track record of success on projects valued at $150M+.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of estimating, bidding, proposals, subcontractor negotiation, and team leadership.
    • Strong understanding of construction means and methods across multiple sectors, including healthcare, data centers, and industrial projects.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
