    Job Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Preconstruction Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing preconstruction processes and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure project success from concept to contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, budget preparation, scheduling, and a commitment to high standards and teamwork.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the preconstruction phase of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment
    • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to develop accurate project estimates and schedules
    • Conduct detailed cost analysis and maintain cost control throughout the preconstruction phase
    • Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, including solicitation, selection, and negotiation
    • Oversee the preparation of bid packages, proposals, and presentations
    • Provide value engineering suggestions to optimize project costs and timelines
    • Review and ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements
    • Facilitate regular preconstruction meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders
    • Support project handover to construction teams to ensure a seamless transition into the build phase

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management in the construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, codes, and safety regulations
    • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work in a team environment
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
