Premium Auditor - Property Casualty Insurance
Join a progressive and money-wise successful A+-rated property and casualty insurance provider and render premium auditing services for worker's compensation, general liability, and farm insurance plans. Remote working opportunity available in Wisconsin. Responsibilities: • Obtain relevant policy and audit information from commercial customers according to specific audit type parameters via online communication, mail, phone, or written correspondence. • Assemble facts and audit figures, then analyze the information in accordance with the rating and classification regulations established by the pertinent rating bureau. • Construct the required documentation for the audit department, policy file, and processing system. • Determine if deeper underwriting action is necessary and prepare the appropriate Underwriter Alert Form to be used for follow-up. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Three years of property and casualty insurance processing experience, preferably in commercial lines. • Effective communication skills, especially telephone. • Ability to operate a personal computer. • Demonstrated strong analytical and decision-making skills. • Ability to work independently. • Effective team player. • Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Hmong, etc.) are a plus. Compensation: $50,000 year paid on an hourly basis
