Key Responsibilities:
Product Sourcing:
Identify and source new and emerging brands of beer and spirits that align with our store's unique identity and target customer.
Research industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging markets to stay ahead of the curve.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, importers, and distributors.
Product Selection:
Curate a diverse and compelling product assortment that caters to both novice and experienced drinkers.
Evaluate product quality, taste profiles, and packaging to ensure they meet our high standards.
Consider factors such as price, availability, and seasonal trends when making purchasing decisions.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock rotation and minimize out-of-stocks.
