Job Summary We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our morning team (8 AM- Noon, Monday-Saturday). The ideal candidate is team oriented, experienced, and detail oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
Prepare food to management's specifications.
Put away deliveries
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
Follow all food safety regulations
Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Must be able to work mornings Mon-Sat 8 am - Noon
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Detail oriented and excellent time management skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
