    Nami Nori Commissary Kitchen is looking for a detail oriented Prep Cook with a passion for the food industry.

    Nami Nori is the first concept to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a devoted fan following for temaki through “omotenashi”, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality. We are committed to creating great experiences for both guests and employees alike.

    Compensation: $16-$20 per hour

    1+ year of experience as Prep Cook or similar caliber concept

    POSITION SUMMARY

    A prep cook is responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the cooking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean and sanitized.
