What You Will Be Doing

The billing analyst is responsible for supporting the finance organization by evaluating and issuing invoices. The analyst also assists with creating financial statements and reports and will provide analytical support as needed. The position reports to the Finance Manager in the group and provides great visibility to the CFO.

Support and analyze billing procedures.

Preparing, recording, and sending invoices to customers.

Reviews invoices to confirm accuracy.

Communicating with clients and internal departments

Resolves issues and questions, provides clarification as needed.

Maintains updated accounts receivables records.

Provides other financial related support

How You Qualify

Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

Prior experience in finance position or equivalent

Proficient with Microsoft office (primarily excel), data entry and accounting related software

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail
