We are seeking a warm, energetic, and creative teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for two-year-old and three-year-old children. You will play a pivotal role in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development during a critical stage of their early growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for our little learners.
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote developmental milestones, including language skills, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers through effective communication and collaboration.
Provide consistent routines and structure to help children feel secure and confident in their environment.
Encourage creative exploration through art, music, sensory play, and other hands-on learning experiences.
Monitor and document each child’s progress, addressing individual needs and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom that adheres to all health and safety guidelines.
Guide children in learning social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and self-regulation.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to share updates on their child’s growth and experiences.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices for early childhood education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
