    The Primrose school of Johns Creek Northwest located administrative assistant for our private preschool. This position will ensure adherence to our mission of bringing the best and most trusted in early childhood education and child care services to families we serve. We are seeking an individual who is energetic, organized, a problem solver, and possesses great communication skills. This individual needs to be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation.

    Primrose school of Johns Creek Northwest is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infant through elementary-aged school age.

    Schedule : Full time Flex Schedule (between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm)

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Overall responsibilities for managing and overseeing all aspects of the front office to include health and safety, billing, enrollment and financial wellness, opening and closing the school, campus management, incident management and operations management

    High attention to detail

    Collect, Validate and organize the paperwork for all the teachers, students and parents

    Help in the Kitchen as needed

    Be able to step into any classroom to help at any time.

    Manage the schedule of the teachers.

    Partnership with Owners and Management - Ability for the owners to rely on individual as their representative to manage and grow the school independently with no little to no supervision

    Maintain strong relationships with the families, faculty, and vendors

    Cultivate and maintain a safe and enjoyable culture while working in a fast-paced environment

    Incident Management - Successfully manage incidents, parent communication and state communication as per compliance procedures

    Backup - Ability to perform all essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other Leadership Team positions, teacher, Food Service Teacher, and Bus Driver

    Keep the school compliant on all aspects :- Safety, Cleanliness, Incident reporting, Incident Management etc.

    Desired skills and experience:

    Demonstrated highly-effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

    Must have classroom experiance

    Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all preschool operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations

    A proven track record in hiring, developing and retaining staff

    Strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
