    Role: Preschool Center Director

    Center director oversees the operations of a preschool or childcare center, ensuring that it runs smoothly and effectively. The preschool center director plays a crucial role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care, ensuring the well-being and development of young children while supporting families and fostering a collaborative and inclusive community environment.

    As a Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:

    Displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.

    Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.

    Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.

    Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning.

    Take advantage of our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, creating a fun and enriching learning experience at TLE.

    Drive consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations including to manage accounts receivable.

    Engage prospective families through both in-person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our program.

    Organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred). • Possess the California state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role. • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field. • Meet California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22 qualifications for Child Care Center Director. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations. • Possess a valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification are highly preferred. • Possess a current Mandated Reporter Certificate. • Possess an Infant/Toddler Development & Care certificate. • Has a current or pass CDSS Background check certification.
