Our school is in need of a caring Preschool Teacher to help unleash the potential of our students. Your primary duty will be to supervise and provide learning support to the children, creating an engaged, play-based learning environment.

    We are seeking a teacher who is committed to excellence, a desire to support the social and emotional development of the students and has the ability to developing meaningful relationships with children, parents and families, as well as the staff. You must have strong communication skills, as you will be expected to interact with colleagues, parents, children, and educational authorities. The ideal candidate will be understanding and attentive to the needs of children. To do this successfully, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, patient, flexible, and have a true passion for the field of early childhood education.

    This position requires an Associates Degree in ECE or higher.

    Lead Teacher Responsibilities:

    -Develop lesson plans and learning goals in alignment with NAEYC and Step Up to Quality 5 start standards and programming

    -Maintain daily records, track student progress and intervene to help students progress as necessary

    -Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment where the unique needs of all students are met

    -Arrange educational materials outside of the classroom

    -Regularly communicate with family members and other staff, such as school psychologists and counselors, in order to meet the individual needs of each student

    -Ensure the classroom environment and the school meets standards for safety and cleanliness
