    We are seeking a passionate, Christ-centered Preschool Director to lead and inspire a vibrant, nurturing learning environment for young children. This role is perfect for a dedicated individual who is committed to fostering spiritual growth and development in children while also providing a high-quality early education experience. The Preschool Director will oversee daily operations, implement faith-based curriculum, lead and support staff, and engage with families, ensuring a safe and loving environment where children can grow spiritually, academically, and socially in alignment with our Christian values.

    · Education:

    A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, or equivalent.

    At least 12 semester units in administration or staff supervision (additional courses in child development or early childhood education may be required).

    · Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare program, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

    Experience with program development, curriculum implementation, and assessment.

    · Licensing:

    Must hold a valid California Child Development Program Director Permit.

    Must meet the California Department of Social Services Title 22 regulations for staff qualifications, including criminal background clearance.

    First Aid and CPR certified.

    · Knowledge:

    In-depth understanding of Title 22 regulations and child development principles.

    Ability to implement a faith-based, Christ-centered educational program.

    Familiarity with health and safety standards in a preschool setting.

    · Skills:

    Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    Ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of educators.

    Budget management and resource allocation experience.

    · Personal Attributes:

    Passionate about working with children and families, with a heart for Christian ministry and teaching.

    Ability to create a warm, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children and families.

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
