About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Preschool Enrollment Manager to join our team at Primrose School of Fairfax. As a leader in early childhood education, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.
Responsibilities:
Manage the enrollment process for new and existing families
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new families
Conduct tours and provide information to prospective families
Communicate with parents about enrollment procedures and school policies
Maintain accurate records of enrollment and waitlist information
Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure high conversion rates.
Process enrollment applications, collect required documents, and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in enrollment, admissions, sales, or customer service, preferably in a childcare or education setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of early childhood education and development
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for working with children and families
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with families.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management.
Knowledge of childcare licensing and state regulations is a plus.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
