The kitchen manager is responsible for the planning, preparing, delivery and clean-up of two-snacks and lunch for approximately 120 – 150 students. Ideal candidate will have prior kitchen and food handling experience in a school or care facility setting, but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring the safe handling and preparation of all food.

Ensure food follows individual child’s allergy requirements.

Preparing a menu that includes healthy lunch and snack selections.

Ensuring that menus always follow state and federal regulations.

Ordering, stocking, and general kitchen maintenance.
