About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3 Year Old Lead Teacher to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller. As a lead teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young children and creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Gather materials and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals

Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for 3 year old children

Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a well-rounded educational experience

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience working with 3 year old children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education
