About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher/School Age Lead Teacher to join our team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and contribute to their educational development in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for school-age children

Supervise and engage with children to ensure a safe and nurturing environment

Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child's progress

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture

Observe and assess children's behavior and development

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool age or school-age children

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain a positive and supportive attitude in a fast-paced environment
