Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ A team player with a genuine love for working with young children. ✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education. ✔️ Fluent in English (Bilingual in Spanish? Big Plus!). ✔️ Completed or in the process of completing 45 hours of ELC training. ✔️ CPR / First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain). ✔️ CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s in Education? Awesome! (Not required, but preferred).

Your Role:

🔹 Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering engaging, hands-on activities. 🔹 Help document children’s progress and maintain communication with parents. 🔹 Foster a safe, fun, and nurturing classroom environment. 🔹 Support classroom management, organization, and daily routines. 🔹 Collaborate with an international network of educators to implement innovative teaching strategies!
