Responsibilities: • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool children. • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students. • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behavior. • Conduct regular assessments to track students' developmental milestones. • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students. Qualifications: • 6+ months of experience in early childhood education or related field • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline is preferred but a high school diploma required • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans • Able to pass a background check • Willing to obtain a CPR and 1st Aid certification Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
