Requirements

English is a must

Minimum one-year minimum experience in the early childhood care

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education is PREFERRED

What you will be doing

Lead in activities that include but are not limited to curriculum instruction, implementation of developmental activities, specialized programs, lesson planning, etc. according to the age group assigned.

Lead in the documentation of activities and record-keeping of the developmental progress of the children. She/he will maintain open communication with the parents of the children ensuring proper customer service while addressing the families’ needs.

Ensure proper group behavior, classroom management, and facilitation of all learning activities throughout the day.

Classroom management which includes, but is not limited to, cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom, art, toys and other supplies management, diaper and potty duties, nurturing care, hygiene, learning, and caring for the children under his/her care with the support of the lead teacher.
