  • Responsibilities

    Saenger Associates, an executive recruiting firm, has been exclusively engaged to find a global executive who can generate revenue and secure substantial capital for a natural resources company currently in its early revenue and peak capital-raising phase. Our client is a privately-owned firm with nearly $2 billion in mineral assets, positioned for an exit event within three years.

    In this role, the President will collaborate closely with the Stake Holders, Board of Directors, cmpany Advisors, and report directly to the Founder-CEO (majority shareholder), sharing P&L responsibilities for the company.

    The company's world headquarters is in a vibrant suburban area of Colorado, offering access to various social, recreational, and cultural amenities, along with a robust infrastructure of commercial and transportation services.Responsibilities Include:

    •Create and implement a global capital strategy for the company, including identifying funding sources and structuring deals.

    • Continually maintain a “big picture” perspective of the organization’s mission, business strategy, and defined corporate plans and objectives.

    • Interface with key executives within the various disciplines of the organization reporting to him or her, as well as external relationships with key customer contacts, investors & lenders, trade publications, plus key suppliers of various services.

    • Lead and inspire key executives.

    • Oversee a strong web-based marketing strategy that complements the company’s ongoing marketing methods and strategies, plus guide any acquisition-oriented initiatives.

    • Establish Stake Holders, key customer contacts, and other interested parties in all aspects of the organization’s endeavors, maximizing the ROI of the company’s huge mineral resources.

    • Keep the Stake Holders fully aware of significant events affecting, positively or negatively, the bottom line of the company.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A successful entrepreneur with a proven track record.

    • A scoreboard of capital raise, growth and successful exits.

    • A history of success in producing EBITDA.

    • The ideal candidate should have the freedom to travel globally.

    Education:

    A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA is desirable.

    Compensation:

    Commensurate with desired experience and track record, our client will offer deferred cash compensation and significant equity participation.
