PRESIDENT WANTED

Location: Tarboro, NC Position Type: Full-Time

Competitive salary of $145k + profit share, depending on qualifications and experience.

We are seeking a results-driven individual to serve as President of Prudential Stainless & Alloys, LP and lead our organization into its next phase of growth. We are a leading master distributor dedicated to servicing metal service center customers across the USA, Canada and abroad. We provide immediate availability of a wide range of products, specializing in unusual and difficult to find items.

Prudential Stainless & Alloys has been in business for 76 years. We are now moving to North Carolina! We pride ourselves on cultivating an environment of respect for our employees and growing with them. For example, we have never had a layoff in all our years of business, not even during COVID. We have many employees with 10, 20 and 30+ years tenure with us.

Qualifications · MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

· Proven track record as a President or Senior Executive.

· Strong leadership, strategic thinking, judgement and decision-making skills.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

· Demonstrated success in driving growth and profitability in a competitive market.

· Metal, steel, or related industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities · Ensure financial strength and operational efficiency.

· Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

· Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team.

· Champion company culture, values, innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement and long-term vision.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, and partners. · Participate in the planning and organizing of the construction and logistics of moving to North Carolina. · Handle escalated issues.

Must be willing to come to New Jersey for 4 weeks to train for the position. We will pay for transport, housing and food during the training visit. (Details will be supplied to qualified candidates).
