Influx Building Technologies (IBT) is a technology-first offsite construction company reshaping how buildings are delivered. We design, fabricate, and install high-performance systems — wall panels, trusses, and floor assemblies — that reduce field labor, improve speed, and increase consistency across projects.
We're now entering a major growth phase and seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial executive to lead our Field Construction Division. This individual will oversee operations, drive performance, and scale the business — with direct profit participation and long-term value incentives.
Role Overview
As President of the Field Construction Division, you will take full ownership of IBT’s install operations. You’ll lead the business unit responsible for delivering and assembling our prefabricated systems on-site, ensuring execution excellence while building the team, systems, and strategy to scale.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading field operations with full P&L accountability
Hiring and managing project managers, superintendents, and field crews
Driving project delivery, site safety, and client satisfaction
Partnering with our design and fabrication teams to ensure seamless integration
Developing and executing a regional and national growth plan
Establishing systems and reporting to monitor performance and profitability
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision for field operations growth
People Management: Build and lead a high-performing team across job sites
Project Oversight: Ensure timely, safe, and quality-driven execution of installations
Financial Ownership: Manage divisional budgets, job costing, and P&L performance
Client Relationships: Cultivate trust with general contractors, developers, and partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, manufacturing, and logistics leads to drive project success
Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for geographic or service line growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
· 10+ years in construction leadership, with experience running install/self-perform teams
· Deep understanding of scheduling, field coordination, and safety best practices
· Track record of growing a business line or division with operational excellence
· Strong financial acumen and comfort owning a P&L
· Entrepreneurial mindset — scrappy, accountable, and driven to build
· Excellent communicator and team builder with a client-service orientation
· Experience in offsite construction or prefab systems is a plus

· Competitive Base Salary
· Profit Share: Earn a share of annual net profits from the Field Division
