To help us drive excellence, as a Press Repair II, you’ll get to:
· Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.
· Perform inspections on stamping presses and associated equipment
· Visually inspect and listen to stamping presses, machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
· Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems
· Major and minor repairs to stamping presses and associated equipment
· Dismantles machines and equipment to gain access to problem area
· Operate forklifts, articulating booms, scissor lifts and mobile cranes, overhead cranes
· Disassemble, move, reassemble, and install machinery
· Wire and troubleshoot basic electrical control circuits
· Travel to customer locations locally & overnight
This full-time role is a part of our Maintenance Team and reports to the Operations Manager
Required education & experience:
· High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
