    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented Pressman with expertise in offset printing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operate Offset Presses: Set up and operate offset printing presses, ensuring accurate and efficient production.

    Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.

    Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

    Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with printing presses, including mechanical and technical problems.

    Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of printing supplies, including inks, paper, and other materials.

    Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the prepress and post-press teams to ensure seamless production processes.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating offset printing presses.

    Technical Skills: Strong understanding of printing techniques, color management, and press maintenance.

    Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality output and accuracy.

    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

    Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks associated with press operation.

    Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
